This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, delivery timeframes, costs, and other important information about the delivery process.

1. Processing Times
  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • Pre-order items will be shipped once the stock arrives (estimated arrival dates will be provided on product pages and in your order confirmation)

  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always communicate any delays.

2. Shipping Within Australia

We deliver Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as:

  • Australia Post

  • Aramex

  • Couriers Please

  • TNT / FedEx (for large items)

Estimated Delivery Times
  • VIC: 2–5 business days

  • NSW, SA, QLD: 3–7 business days

  • WA, TAS, NT: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: May take longer depending on carrier availability

  • Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The size and weight of the item

  • Your delivery location

  • Whether items can be shipped together or require separate packages

  • Large items (such as fire pits, dining sets, bulky outdoor products) may incur additional freight costs due to weight and size.

  • Free shipping deals, if offered, will be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

4. Click & Collect / Local Pickup 

If you offer pickup:
Customers in the Melton and surrounding areas may choose Local Pickup at checkout.

  • You will receive an email/text when your order is ready for pickup

  • Pickup times will be arranged via email or SMS

  • Photo ID or order confirmation may be required

5. Pre-Order Items
  • Some items (such as fire pits, neon signs, and man cave décor) may be available as pre-orders.

  • By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following:

  • Estimated arrival dates are provided but not guaranteed

  • Delays due to freight, customs, or suppliers will be communicated ASAP

  • You may request a refund at any time before the item ships

  • We aim to be transparent and keep you updated throughout the process.

6. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via:

  • Email

  • SMS (if provided)

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

7. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees
  • If a delivery is missed:

  • Carriers may leave a card

  • Your parcel may be taken to a collection point or post office

  • Large freight items may require redelivery (fees may apply depending on the courier)

  • We recommend providing a safe, accessible address for deliveries.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
  • We take great care when packing your order.

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is missing:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

  • We will organise a replacement, refund, or insurance claim depending on the situation.

9. Incorrect Shipping Details
  • Please double-check your address during checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We will try to amend it before dispatch

  • Orders already shipped cannot be changed

  • Redelivery fees may apply
