1. Change of Mind – Exchange Only
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
For change-of-mind situations, we offer exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange:

It must be in original packaging

It must be in re-sellable condition

Proof of purchase must be provided

No refunds are offered for change of mind.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with an exchange.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will replace the item or refund you.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Photos of the product

Photos of packaging

Description of the issue
We will organise a replacement, refund, or repair depending on the circumstances.

3. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once:

Returned items are received and inspected
OR -
A fault or defect is confirmed
Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to appear in your account (varies by bank/payment provider).

4. Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the item ships.
A full refund will be provided.
Once the item has shipped, standard return conditions apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty:
